Fairfield Pizza Party 2021

This was our most ambitious event so far. We had just been released out of lockdown and it was time for friends and neighbours to get together and eat pizza.

We raised £2K for St John's Hospice from the sale of pizza and raffle tickets. We made 200 doughs all kneaded and shaped by hand. It was a great team effort and we had really great weather. It was a battle to stop the dough balls over proofing. I was still a beginner and probably used too much yeast.
